10 Reasons to Choose Paid Blogging Platform

You wouldn’t reach this post if you weren’t interested in choosing a paid blogging platform. So I will share with you my 10 Reasons to Choose Paid Blogging Platform. However, if you’re on the edge of confusion between free or paid platforms, I would suggest you read my 10 Reasons to Choose Free Blogging Platform. It’s not that easy to choose between paid and free platforms, but maybe after you read this post, it might help you somehow on what platform is for you.

Note: Usually, blogging platforms are free, but you have to pay for hosting and domain name,, which will cost you few bucks to start a blog,, unlike in free blogging platforms that you will just have to sign up and start a blog in just a few clicks without spending your money.

So the ten reasons to choose a paid blogging platform are:

  • Full-time Blogger
  • Investment
  • Serious
  • Content Producer
  • Growing Business
  • Branding
  • Blogger Enthusiast
  • Adventurous
  • Budget
  • Growth

I know you’re curious about these ten reasons that I shared with you, but I can guarantee that they may help you choose the one for you.

Full-time Blogger

If you’re planning to start a blog for your work, career, or path you’ve chosen to do every day, then I suggest getting a paid blogging platform. It is more convenient for you and your content since you’re allotting much time into it so go for the best.

Are you planning to put up a blog and invest everything into it? Then a paid blogging platform is highly recommended for you. Investing in something you can grow and control over time is an excellent idea. Just make sure you’re really into it, like skills, time, thoughts, and other kinds of stuff you want to grow for this kind of investment. Also, you wouldn’t consider investing in a blog if you aren’t sure about it.

Well, being determined is challenging when it comes to blogging. Many people started blogging and gave up. Suppose you know to yourself that you’re serious about this kind of hobby, work, or investment. In that case, a paid blogging platform is a great help for you to do many things that you know you can handle.

Content Producer

Being a content producer is a tremendous talent. It means you have great minds and imaginations that you can turn into something extraordinary. Why not boost that skill of yours and build a name? Blogging is an excellent way to share your thoughts, stories, journey, imaginations, and a lot more. So if you have many great ideas in your mind that you know will help many people, then start a blog now, and a paid blogging platform is the best for you.

Growing Business

Starting a business is challenging. What more if your business is growing? Building a website for your business is recommended so that your customers or clients can reach or contact you quickly, and that’s an excellent way to keep your customers on track. Starting a paid blogging platform is highly recommended, especially if you wanted full customization with your branding and stuffed-like themes, logo, and everything.

If you already have a business or name on social media, then branding is important to you. It is usually a business name or your screen name (for some personal bloggers). There are many people in the world. So go on and start your brand and own it. It is best to create it using a paid blogging platform, so little by little, your brand will grow until it reaches many people, and they will know about your brand and what is with that brand.

Blogger Enthusiast

I’ve seen many bloggers on the internet sharing their stories, experiences, journey, travel, and everything they want to share. Blogging is their way out to express what they want to convey. Some uses their blogs to update what’s happening in their lives because they aren’t active on other social media platforms. Numerous growing bloggers are up every day, and these are their daily life updates that they can’t leave out. So if you are also a blogging enthusiast, then migrate or start a paid blogging platform. It is the best way for you to share your memories and thoughts without worrying that they might lost or gone because the ownership is all yours when you go on paid blogging platforms.

Usually, adventurous bloggers are now vloggers. It is easier to shoot a video, edit it, and upload it on different video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo. Putting up a website is a lot safer than vlogs because your contents are secure. Being an Adventurous blogger has a fantastic experience like everyday discoveries, new places, new people, new culture, and more. You have to blog them all and use a paid blogging platform. I’m sure written articles or content will help those who also wanted to do an adventure independently. At least they have a guide, not just a video guide but a word-for-word guide. People are different. Their people prefer watching videos to learn and get some information. Some people also like reading articles anywhere to print quickly and bring them to the place they wanted to.

If you wanted to start a personal blog, informative blog, or business blog, and you have a budget. Then choosing a paid blogging platform is always a good choice. Aside from having your own space entirely your own, there’s also a big chance that you can grow your blog and earn money from it. It’s like hitting two birds in one’s stone. You’re enjoying blogging at the same time; you’re making from it.

Growth doesn’t define only by blogging but also by yourself. Blogging will teach you many things like having the confidence to speak up through writing, sharing your ideas, improving your comprehension, learning new things, and many more. Using a paid blogging platform is a helpful tool to start growing and learning because you will be more responsible. You know you’re paying blogging plans every year that you have to focus on and keep in on track and grow your traffic.

These are my ten reasons to choose a paid blogging platform. These are my pieces of advice that might help you decide on your journey. Most bloggers also suggest that getting a paid blogging platform is a real deal. However, we have our different needs, time, and budget that we consider.

Just remember that the best way to learn and grow is always trying and collecting experiences that may help you in your future endeavors.

10 Reasons To Choose Free Blogging Platform 150 150 Kima

10 Reasons To Choose Free Blogging Platform

Last time, I posted on how to start a blog, use the right platforms, problems encountered on blogging, and helpful mobile apps for blogging.

In this post, I will share my thoughts regarding why you should choose a free platform over a paid one. My thoughts are my experiences in this field. I have ten reasons to share with you that a free platform is enough for you and your blog, And these are:

  • Budget
  • Trying Things Out
  • Sharing Ideas with the Community
  • Online Diary
  • Consistent
  • Niche
  • School Projects or Portfolio
  • A subdomain isn’t an issue
  • Time Management
  • Blogging Needs

1. Budget

Well, budget is the first thing to consider when it comes to blogging. If you’re a beginner and you only want to try how blogging works, then a free platform is very much recommended for you.

2. Trying things out

If you only want to try specific codes or how the themes work, or you just saw a blog, and you want to try it out, then a free platform is very much recommended.

3. Sharing Ideas with the Community

Sharing ideas is a fun way to communicate with our friends and family. Using a free platform is a great way to start sharing, especially if your community is on that platform. Like Instagram, if you have outstanding photos that you want to share and get exposure. It is one of the most popular platforms for pictures/images; Medium, if you love sharing stories with other people. It is also an incredible free platform that I will recommend to you. These are some of the free platforms you can consider, and there are still more helpful and user-friendly free platforms that you can choose.

4. Online Diary

Most bloggers used their blogs as online diaries or online journals. So probably, you want to document certain happenings in your life and your journey. So with this, a free platform is very much recommended, especially if you have no plans to grow your blog in the future.

5. Consistent

Consistently is one of the critical things you must consider before starting a blog. How sure are you that you can be consistent from day one until the future of your blog? If you know that you are not yet ready to commit to your blog and you’re just experimenting out, then a free platform is what you need.

6. Niche

Niche is significant to blogging because it is a way to know your branding and what your blog/site can offer. If you still don’t know what kind of niche you will pursue, but; You wanted to start blogging to enhance your skills, then a free blogging platform is a suitable choice. Here you can create a blog while still improving and sorting out your ideas on what niche you should focus on without spending.

7. School Projects or Portfilio

When your teacher or professor asked you to make a website or host a site from scratch, then a free blogging platform is an excellent idea to do your projects. When I was in my high school years, my teacher asked me to build a website for the portfolios of our upcoming projects using HTML. I made mine using, and that’s the start of my blogging journey before because I enjoyed doing it. I spend my break time in our computer lab to play around with Blogger is one of the best free blogging platforms that I will recommend.

8. A Subdomain isn’t an issue

Before, when I was using the free blogging platform, my site name has ( and I have tried both free platforms, and they are both excellent and user-friendly. I will make a separate blog post about the difference between the two free platforms. So if using a subdomain isn’t an issue for you, then I highly suggest that you choose a free blogging platform. But there are still free blogging platforms that allow you to use your Domain name if you already have one.

9. Time management

Time management is essential for blogging, especially if you’re planning to grow and earn from it. Some small businesses invest their time in blogging for growth, exposure, and page views. So if you have no plan to make money from your blog or invest a lot of time and effort into it, then a free blogging platform is enough for your needs.

10. Blogging Needs

Suppose you don’t need so much power and control for your blogs, such as different plugins, and you have no plans to install security and flexibility. And you don’t want to use premium themes that are very responsive on desktop or mobile views. You have no plan to own it with your unique branding; then, a free blogging platform is definitely for you.

These are my ten reasons to choose free blogging platforms. But again, these are only my advice and suggestions; always remember at the end of the day, you are still in charge of what kind of platform you’re going to use.

I hope I was able to help you on deciding on your blogging journey. Feel free to comment down below if you have questions or qualifications. You may click the contact button on the menu to send a private message.

How To Know Someone VOL. I

5. Any specific personality traits you would like to see in your life partner?

I want to have an honest, positive, understanding, hardworking, and lovable partner. I hope that he has high goals and dreams for the future.

6. Should parents be their child’s friends?

Yes, it is way better for me to prevent them from growing secretive or sensitive. Being friends with our parents is a good thing to feel comfortable and open.

19. How important is music in your life?

I can’t live without music. I am an introvert, and music became my companion for many years now. Everything I do, everywhere I go, music is there to spice my day, moods, and emotions.

29. Which is worse, failing or never trying?

For me, never trying is the worst because you do nothing, you give nothing, and that’s the most shit thing being nothing. Failing for me is a motivation you can strive for to grow and become better. Being a failure is also an inspiration because you tried, and you give it a shot. You learned and witnessed the results. You can’t be successful without failures.

42. Would you place education as a top priority?

Yes, and it’s essential. Education played a big part in achieving those goals, dreams, and objectives. Nobody can snatch or take it away. I want to be a good mother and a teacher to my future children and raise well-educated and mannered individuals.

46. Complete this sentence “I wish I had someone with whom I could share…”

I wish I had someone I could share my day-to-day experiencing with without concerning how I look and how dumb I am.

55. What is your greatest accomplishment so far?

My greatest accomplishment so far is when I presented my thesis/research to an International Congress. I never thought of that, and maybe God gave me so many blessings this year.

60. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates or true love?

I am not saying that I believe in those things, but I do think that nothing is impossible.

68. What do you believe makes a successful life?

I’m not answering this because I have a successful life. My mom taught us (with my siblings) that in order for us to be successful, we must always give our best, be good and generous to everyone, never criticize or discriminate other people, set goals always to 100%, and pray to our almighty father to guide our footstep and journey in life.

87. What would you name the autobiography of your life?

“The Silent Dreamer” I have dreams, and I have goals in life. But I never share it with anybody. I never told what will be my next steps and I never post so many stories or achievements on my social media.

I enjoyed answering these questions, and I can guarantee they were honestly answered. 🙂

How about you? I’ll be happy to read yours too. 🙂

5 Tips to Pass your Undergraduate Thesis Defense 1024 683 Kima

5 Tips to Pass your Undergraduate Thesis Defense

I will share some tips that I am. Sure that it will help you in some ways to become ready and surpass your thesis defense.

I am not a professional when it comes to researches or theses, and my thoughts and tips are some of my experiences that I wanted to share.

1. Know your Study

First, you need to study well and gather many references about your topic. You’re the author of it, so you’re the only one who can defend it to the panelist. You also have to take down notes on every progress or methodology you’re making to finish your research/thesis.

2. Get support from the latest articles references.

Get support from the latest articles or literature. Do massive research about your topic, collect every data that you’ll be needing to support your methods and results. Proper citation of the authors is very much needed.

In defense, every piece of information your reporting and every data your defending must have proper and reliable supporting references.

3. Results must be detailed and properly discussed

You may use images, charts, tables, and columns for more detailed and well-presented results and discussion. Photos must be clear and meaningful. Don’t put data that you can not explain and defend.

4. Prepare all things needed for the defense

To avoid interruption and panic, you must be prepared not only mentally but also physically and spiritually.

Print the materials needed, buy some food for the panelist, give them the final copy of your paper, get ready for your PowerPoint presentation, be confident because you know better than the panelist. It’s your research/thesis that you worked on for many months-years.

5. Be straightforward

Take a deep breath and be ready. Powerpoint must be clean and straightforward yet informative. Don’t be too wordy in your presentation. Just explain the point right away.

These are the five tips that I can give you to pass your undergraduate thesis defense. I’ve used these five, and I passed. Knowing and understanding your study is very important to defend your work. Everything is in your hands, so Good Luck!!

3 Problems I Encountered on Blogging 683 1024 Kima

3 Problems I Encountered on Blogging

I recently started blogging last July 12, 2021, with my chosen hosting partner, Dreamhost. I enjoyed every day with my blog because I love designing, posting, tweaking my site, and sharing my posts for exposure.

However, not every day is my day. So here are the three problems that I have encountered with blogging.

1. Slow Website

I’m not a techy person, but since I am watching series of videos about speeding up a load of a website, I became conscious because mine loads like forever. Many bloggers use free plugins, but most common vloggers recommend the paid plugin to speed up their site.

It is a pain in the ass because I just recently started, and I can’t commit to getting paid plugins for my blog. Maybe if my exposure and page views increased and I started earning, then I guess I can do some upgrades, but now, the only thing that I can do is embrace those free plugins that can still help me and my website. I will make a separate post about it.

2. Blog Exposure

Honestly, it didn’t cross my mind to earn many page views or readers before, but now, I want to reach more page views and readers.

Blogging isn’t a one-time bigshot. Blogging takes a lot of time and effort to grow and develop. I recently just started and aiming for thousands of views? It’s pretty challenging yet not impossible. I have to focus on this to grow. Some bloggers took years before they started earning page views, readers, and money.

3. Budget

I don’t have a big budget for my blog. I’m not yet stable because I have many things that need more priority over blogging. But, it doesn’t mean that my blog will not grow; it will just take a lot of time to develop.

If you are a blogger that wants to invest an enormous amount in it, then I suggest you start growing your blog now. Buy paid plugins that will help the performance of your blog, buy premium themes to have a more professional experience and gain more opportunities, engage with paid blogging courses (but there are a lot of free blogging courses that I’m also using) for you to learn how other bloggers became successful, and a lot more.

These are the problems I encountered, but I’m still doing my best to work on them. Some of my concerns aren’t a big deal because there’s always an alternative solution for every problem that I am experiencing.

Quote #02 Kima

Quote #02

I have trust issues because of my past relationships “not only romantically” with other people. I have an attitude that I don’t trust easily to the person/people, but once I do, I can assure that I can give my whole trust.

Once I trust, I trust hard, and same as when I love, I love purely, and I’m so transparent to the person. That’s why when the person betrays me. I don’t give a second chance.
